I remember when I was very active gambling, I lost a lot of money and to recover back from those losses I tried to gamble more, there was a night I lost around $50 to sports bet, and in other to meet up with thos losses I doubled the amount on a match I thought was going to be a sure winning for me, but surprisingly I was wrong and I ended up losing the total amount of
$150 in one night
That’s the mistake most gamblers make: trying to chase their losses. It just doesn’t work. It will only result in more losses. Out of frustration, you’ll keep gambling and placing higher bets in the hope of recovering your lost money, but we all know how this always ends… more losses, unfortunately.
You should control yourself and know when to stop gambling. Just take a break, go out for a while, and come back later or another day to try your luck again.
Self control is one of the key to make yourself still on the game, if you get carried away with your emotions to get back those losses possible you ended up a wrong decision such as making another deposit continuously because you want to get back your money instead of earning it back you make additional capital and expenses, but base on my experience once I got a losing streak rest and take a break is the suitable thing to do so you can get a take time to think properly and calmly.
The actual truth anyway, but it looks like it's this very same thing we keep saying over and over again with no one even trying to look on the other side of the coin, it is commonly said that what ever has a potential profit also have a potential loss and vice versa, so if it is actually possible to lose money chasing after a loss, it is also possible to win money while chasing after a loss as well regardless of the low the chances of this happening is.
Atleast, I believe some of us have witness a user on this forum who sometime early last year posted about how he lost money on a casino and how angry he is about it, he said he was going to deposit more money and chase after the loss, majority here adviced him to not, but in the end, he deposited more money to the casino and began playing again, he ended up winning over 6x what he initially lost, plus 3x or more of the last deposit he made with which he chased the previous loses with.
So, what I am trying to say is that, sometimes, some gamblers can be extremely lucky.
