I somehow inadvertently inserted myself into this wager, out of frustration, mostly... However, i am more than happy to be the third adjudicator in this and also act as a third reminder of such wager! Rules are crystal clear, that i am sure i will not be needed.

You can also volunteer yourself as a referee, that will over look the process and give decisions in case there is a dispute.
if im around i will certainly give my opinion on it if there is a dispute as i have read it and it seems clear enough. but, i would do that anyway

Just walked in from the few days at the casino to a frozen home! Damn furnace died.
Not only that but the goddamn receiver wont turn on either so i have no sound or tv to steam too atm. WTF, how does that happen in 2 days.
Lightning strike? Something similar happened to a colleague of mine - furnace was out, stereo pooched, router fried. He only figured it out because there was a tiny bit of tracking along the concrete coming from the foot of one his airtight stove where he also noticed some tiny balls of metal.
