Maybe they have forgotten to remove that part from the terms. Otherwise, they are waiting for the 'Curacao Gaming Control Board' to accept their gaming license application. Currently their gaming license request is under progress, and they are allowed to operate legally with the license request now. You may

The "Certificate of Operation" is not a license and this confirms that Betfury false and misleading claims to have a license!
