You should control yourself and know when to stop gambling. Just take a break, go out for a while, and come back later or another day to try your luck again.

Not all gamblers have the awareness to take a break and come back another day. Most of them just follow their passion to be able to catch up on their losses. That is actually not good because in the end they will only tire themselves out and spend more money than they should. Taking a break is not wrong, even though it is more difficult, but if a gambler wants to, they should be able to restrain themselves and think more clearly not to continue their gambling and stop it that day.

It's not wrong and it should be one of your defensive mechanism in terms of gambling, make a hard stop will help you to avoid losing a lot, you need to understand that the chance of recovering is far small compared to the chance of losing more, take time to reassess your strategy take a short break and allow yourself to free up some negative vibes inside your minds.

After taking a break, then try to play and see if you can feel that enjoyment better to see it that way else, you'll fall back and aim for quicker recovery then lose your money again.
