Earlier today, Manchester United manager Ruben Amorim in a press conference told reporters of the club's focus to win the English Premier League title before or by 2028. The Portuguese manager however admitted that club is in a very difficult situation at the moment but is very optimistic that they'll bounce back to winning ways as well as become of the most formidable English clubs. Considering the performance and inconsistency of Manchester United in the last decade, I think the timeframe Ruben Amorim wants to achieve his plans is bit short. Do you think he can actualize that before or by 2028? Let me read your thoughts
Well nothing is impossible. Manchester United still remains one of the top clubs in England and I think it's possible for Ruben amorim to be able to achieve his aim on or before 2028. Provided he is given the full backing of the board. Though Manchester United since the departure of legendary manager Sir Alex Ferguson the club hasn't rediscovered its form as so many  managers have come and gone. We saw what Ruben Amorim did at Sporting where he was able to hand them their fist League trophy in almost 11years and transformed them to title contenders if he is given the support am optimistic he can be able to achieve the same feet at Manchester United regardless.
As a Manchester United supporter, if you ask me to rate or access the performance of Reuben Amorim, I would definitely give him a pass mark even if he is not where Manchester United expected him to be at the moment. We need to understand the fact that the young man did not join the club during the season ending such that he will have the opportunity to train with the guys in what is called pre-season matches. We should also understand that since he's arrival, the Manchester United individual players seems to have improved even though the team as a whole is yet to have a soft landing. If the individual players can maintain their improved form, there is high hope that the whole team would one day become formidable.

I would want Manchester United to give Amorim a lot of time to prove himself. Why it seems that we have not gotten it right after the departure of Sir Alex Ferguson is because there was a very high expectation of other coaches. Even when Jose mourinho came and gave us a good outing, we never acknowledged him because we were looking for the standard of Sir Alex Ferguson which wasn't possible to have at that time.
