better for the campaign participants to wait how the manager will resolve this. after all, there are only 2 participants who finished the last week. if it is considered a debt, I'm sure the manager must have discussed it with @lightlord.
this is the manager's last announcement when the campaign was stopped.
What this means is that payment for the week is only guaranteed if the escrow wallet gets refilled, you're not entitled to receive payment if the wallet doesn't get refilled as the campaign is paused currently and the campaign will get stopped if this week goes by without a refilled but whenever the wallet gets refilled, this week payment will be accounted for.
Update: This campaign has now stopped since no response has been received from Lightlord. You can now remove your signature and avatar and if the wallet gets refilled in the near future, the campaign will restart. Thank you all for the awesome weeks promoting this project.

I doubt there's even a point to debate because it's pretty clear that payment will be made and those posts made during the week will be accounted for if they were to continue the campaign but it didn't happen so there's not any outstanding debt whether it's just 2 or 20 users.
