I don't think there is even a denial that will happen because at the first place, there will also be no proposals that will happen, lol. This is why many are still got scammed and scammers are still continuing on their plans. That being said, I'm afraid that what you said there that speculations about this are now going stop may still not going to happen, unfortunately.
