If you want to hodl, what's the best strategy for doing so? A single wallet or several? What are the advantages and disadvantages of both options? Maybe it's stressful to use a wallet with lots of satoshis? (whereas several with fewer satoshis is less stressful, isn't it?)
I think it depends on few matters. How many Bitcoins do you have? and how long do you want to keep it?
If you only have small number of Bitcoin, I think you don't need many wallets. I even think using 1 wallet is enough. However if you have big number of Bitcoin, you need few wallets. IMO, 3-4 wallets is enough because it will be too complicated and be too risky if you use too many wallets. The chance to forget the passwords to access the wallets will be higher if we create too many wallets. Also, we must consider how long to hold the Bitcoin. If we will hold for few days or few weeks only, I think 2 wallets is enough.
