I do not think scammers will go down and instead of that scammers becoming smarter day by day. They are going to be so smart that they are making us fool and scamming our fund with new techniques. If t is not then there would have no way to scam our funds though few times we can save our funds as we are smart too though that is not enough to the scammers.
i sure hope not. most scammers are actually so dumb but are still quit successful, sometimes i wonder how the fuck they even pull off half of the scams i see online. so i can't even imagen dealing an actual smart scammer.
