Apologies for making a scam accusation. I just want to reach someone because I got frustrated with the support as it keeps asking the same questions over and over.

Understandably, but the decision to make fraud accusations is a bad step because you don't know the extent to which the platform you are using can solve every user's problems.
You need to read and research how the support process is done because it's not just you customers who need help, but there are many more customers.
See the problems that occur and what causes them to be work behind the scenes to then solve the problems you are facing.
In the future if you have problems again and have not received a full response, ask in this thread or create a thread to ask for help and complaints,
instead of making FRAUD ACCUSATIONS that cannot even be proven.
