TBH, they really needed to get brief.

Not gonna lie, I also having some similar situation with "Live-Support" but on different casino. Asking about my case, and stated will be response back with some emails....waiting more than 2-3 weeks (zero response).

Really need a support who can handle the situation more better, pay high is fine as long understand mostly casino case.
