Sometimes it's worth it but mostly it isn't. You get the advantage of having those tokens cheaper as that's the business model and pattern for these presales and once they're on the market, there is a quick buff to the price of it so you gotta be quick on that. There is no guarantee and the risk is the same for those that are spotting it on the market whether it will pump or not. Because whether you get the earlier distribution, you'll never know if after several hours of holding it, the team will drop and release their premined tokens that's ready to be sold which shall move the market and likely see its rug.
