Apologies for making a scam accusation. I just want to reach someone because I got frustrated with the support as it keeps asking the same questions over and over.

I am glad your issue got resolved and please, if you can, update the scam accusation thread title stating that the issue is resolved. We do have certain good times using these casinos but on other days, things go not so good, and it's mostly because of support that I don't help out the customer well enough
May there be no victims that failed to speak up and have their issue resolved due to the flag flags.
