I think you got something wrong. There is no work where you can work hard one week and then take rest for next few months, maybe if you already have millions, or have some sort of passive income.
But there are on other hand a lot of people, specially influencers, who try to create image like they live that kind of life of leisure that is months long.
I advise you to always be skeptical and analytical when you scroll social networks and watching influencers. Even better avoid that kind of content all together and try to do something productive.
