I will say no that he is not talking about Bitcoin because trading Bitcoin for short term can only make us buy back in a higher price and possibly regret our actions, i agree with you getting more of Bitcoin is the best than trading, but is funny how people can use Bitcoin with different motive.
I do hope such people would try things differently and would choose what suits them best currently.
