I dont' see a possible trust abuse here, take a look on the basis.
Maybe BcPoker believes that BC Game is unlikely to scam anyone. For me, trust abuse happens when trust, especially negative trust is used to silence a user, because it has a bigger impact than positive trust does. I've seen lots of positive feedback that isn't even about trade, and no one complains about it, so it's usually the negative feedback that's used for trust abuse.
