My predictions were correct. I knew Manchester United would lose the match. Yes both Tottenham and Manchester United are mid table clubs fighting to get away from the relegation zone but United case is worse. Manchester United have been mediocre for a while, they celebrated their mediocrity under Erik ten Hag so it’s laughable when I see United fans complaining about their performance now or try to pin it on Amorim. If Erik ten Hag was still United’s boss, I’m sure they would be at the bottom of the table.
Congratulations to Tottenham. It seems Son Heung-min kept his promise to King Charles lol.
When two inconsistent sides meet, we end up congratulating the side that fought their way through. In my yesterday's reply, I stated that, predicting a game like this won't matter due to the poor performance of both sides, but at the end, Spurs where able to defeat the worse side(United). Like I said to a friend yesterday, united problem might be far from getting a new manager. They're currently going through the same crisis that Chelsea is going through (right before the departure of Abramovich). Not sure of what that problem truly is, but we can all see the effects in their results. Amorim, at some point, might have regretted his move to united . It didn't work well at all. He might get it right someday, who knows.
