I don't think this will happen in Trump's tenure. Bills like this take a lot of time to pass because it goes through a lot of processes so I don't expect the US to have millions of bitcoin in reserve during the next four years. I doubt the bitcoin reserve bill will be passed this year as well because there's also a chance that it can be rejected, although some states are beginning to buy the idea.

Of course, it will. A country like the US having a bitcoin reserve will play a role in shifting the narrative of bitcoin to the positive side and this will make other countries want to have a reserve too by increasing the price.
