Yesterday, there was the second ODI match between Zimbabwe and Ireland. In the previous games, Zimbabwe tried their best and eventually win it. I was looking for Zimbabwe as winner again but I was wrong.

Zimbabwe batting first, and their openers gave quite a good start, but the middle order slightly destroyed it. The middle order could not stabilise the game, being in the upper hand. After a little bit challenging situation, we got a good partnership between Wessly Madhevere and Sikandar Raza; they both played a partnership across 100 runs long. In Ireland's bowling side, Mark Adair was taking back-to-back wickets, and Zimbabwe could not set a winning target.

We saw only two batsmen making runs in first ODI and in second same thing happened for Zimbabwe. Top order batsmen must score some runs so that there is a decent target. Tomorrow we have last ODI and both teams will be doing there best to win that game. Zimbabwe batsmen must play with responsibility and try to score as many runs as possible. If they keep playing with this approach that one or two batsmen will score runs and that will be good enough then they will lose this series also.
