DeepSeek is currently free but is there any guarantee that it' future versions will be free also? In start such things are free but once we get used to them they start charging for there versions with advance features.     



Even if they did, it would be normal because they are business, not a charity. Like you, are you willing to invest tons of money and intelligence to create a product and let everyone use it for free without caring about profit? Also, even if they stop offering the free version and start charging, I bet it will still be significantly cheaper than chatGPT and the quality will not be any less. This will benefit consumers, why should we be upset with them?
All the business strategy using that. they are usually free then if u want more, u need to pay.
all of the open AI is good if we use them properly when we have difficulty, but if we depend more on them, we need to pay something
