Zimbabwe batting first, and their openers gave quite a good start, but the middle order slightly destroyed it. The middle order could not stabilise the game, being in the upper hand. After a little bit challenging situation, we got a good partnership between Wessly Madhevere and Sikandar Raza; they both played a partnership across 100 runs long. In Ireland's bowling side, Mark Adair was taking back-to-back wickets, and Zimbabwe could not set a winning target.

I think the apparent fault in the Zimbabwe loss was from their bowlers as Zimbabwe batsmen tried to build a good partnership and winning score, after struggling and facing challenges. They have finally reached that point where they receive a constant amount of hope by scoring 245 as a target, which would be a winning score for them just if their bowlers put in a little bit more effort and consistency. They still have a chance to win the next match and should not lose hope; just improve their bowling and try to score approximately 270 runs as the target for the next time or even to bowl first might be a good option.
