If I get your question you asking if there's a correlation between fiscal policies and the cryptocurrency market?
If it's then I would say Yes.
Depending on the situation and the need before we can tell if it would be a positive or negative correlation.
For example an Expansionary fiscal policy would benefit the cryptocurrency market since it helps increases disposable income
As a result of Government reducing taxes and moving for economic growth (popular during recessions)
While comtractionary have an inverse effect and though when used well would benefit the economy
It could as well have a negative effect on the cryptocurrency market.
I think it's because you think that if we have more income we can buy more crypto, right? But I can also think that lack of money is one of the reason for the people to invest. So if they have enough now, maybe they won't invest anymore. Government reducing taxes seems a good thing at first but I think it is also bad for the economy, as I think tax is needed for its development.
But, if it's already well-developed and there isn't much to developed anymore, maybe that is only fine. I also think things like this doesn't happen during the recession. This is why we can only see a bad economy during it. There is still coincidence though and it might happen first before the other.
