the support you are talking to most likely can't really help you as they are not the ones tackling your case, they are most likely just also waiting to get a response from the team that is responsible for your case.

anyway, if it is possible, would you mind posting evidence that backs up your claims, like screenshots of your conversation with their support, the email you got from them, etc... if there is sensitive information you can just cut them out or blur them out.
