CCX - used by Conceal and some unmineable tokens
XCC - used by Chives Coin. There's Link on CMC - https://coinmarketcap.com/currencies/chives-coin/ (it's HDD mineable, PoST algorithm. Project was active on Chia mining hype in 2021)

We did search. Maybe it's the perfectionist in us, but we can't pick a symbol we don't like, even if it's unused.
As for Chives, there haven't been updates in about two years (X, GitHub, etc.), so we don't think it's an issue.
