Trump doesn't own those lands. They are owned by whoever won the dispute for them.

The Trump advantage is that he might be able to talk Putin into leaving some of the land for Ukraine in exchange for peace and some of the product of the land... rare earths.

The war-dead Ukrainians would be allowed to keep the land they are dead on. Their families would be allowed to return to work the 'mines' for both the US and Russia. The cost of losing.

Hopefully those Ukrainians who didn't fight, but fled the war, would be allowed to return to their family land, since Putin doesn't seem to want most of it. But they might be forced to mine the rare earths, as well.

Zelensky should be forced to do his work by the sweat of his back and brow, while other Ukrainians could use machinery.

Cool

A few days ago, the US "negotiator", Scott Basent went into Zelensky's office and literally gave him one hour to sign a blanket cession of Ukraine's mineral to Donal Trump. Do you believe this? Does it sound like propaganda or the like? It would be impossible right?

Is not. https://www.economist.com/europe/2025/02/16/america-has-just-tried-to-grab-ukraines-vast-mineral-wealth

Scott Bessent, turned up in Kyiv a few days ahead of this weekend’s Munich Security Conference, Mr Zelensky then hoped he’d be talking about continued financial support. Instead, the Ukrainian president unexpectedly found himself presented with a memorandum. The proposal demanded his country’s mineral wealth in its entirety.

Nothing is certain with Trump, but this looks like the type of thing that Trump would do, as he wakes up in the morning and has a old man slow pee and then gets in a rant.

Volodomyr when to Munich and spoke with the EU and the EU listened. There is no way around this, the US is not a trustable ally, while Ruzzia is a very trustable threat. Europe needs to grow balls - tank and AAA shaped balls, with a big nuke in the middle.

After this "diplomacy style" I am starting to picture a revamp of the old soviet nuclear silos in Ukraine. Either Ukraine gets a non-nuclear deterrent or they get a nuclear deterrent And as a clue, you do not get the Nobel for this Trumpy.

And here all this while I thought you were aiming to take over for Zelensky.

Cool

Been in worse.
