A manager to manage this ann thread is a good idea. because there are many questions from people that have not been answered until now, and having a manager can help them get answers faster in this ann thread than having to wait via their email.
because on their website they also don't have active customer support, and that makes people who want to ask questions or have problems with their accounts can't get a quick response.
I think that's not the best option they could do since provably that campaign managers don't know what's going around with the casino they are promoting and also for sure the answer he can give is limited. So better one of their staff working on their casino should step up here and answer questions posted by people so that we can get good clarification regarding to what people been raised in this thread.
Although the manager could help answering questions here but I don't think he's been oblige to do that since for sure he's job is to maintain the signature campaign and handling this thread is not included on his job.
What I mean is a manager, like someone who can manage their bitcointalk account more actively, and it should come from their own staff, as you said. because only their own staff can access their internal to check a problem or anything that needs to be checked. While the signature manager's responsibility is limited to this signature campaign, while for things related to the casino it is not their responsibility.
I was thinking the op of this thread is from the team behind this casino, what's with all this discussion about someone from the casino taking over and managing the casino's bitcointalk account so that he or she can answer question related to the casino more quckily and actively?
It has always been the norm that casino coming to this forum do that through their own in-house representative, while the job of their campaign manager remains to manage their advertisement campaigns here on the forum and maybe any other place based on their agreement.
Anyways, if the op of this thread is not from the main board of the casino, then they really need to assign some one from the main board to over see the discussions here and answer necessary questions, I believe this will go a great length in accelerating the casinos reputation and growth around here and even out there.
