Community manager is very essential for forum engagement since support don't work 24/7 but in the other hand having human support is best compared to having a 24 hours bots support services, many of those casino that have 24/7 support are all bit integrated and at that alit and f times gamblers may not get the right answers to the questions.
If you don't use bots, there is no support that is 24/7 by a single person. Human needs to rest and recharge energy so if you use human for customer support, community management, and want to have it lively and accessible 24/7, you must hire different people with different work shifts for it.
It is doable but more expensive and in business operation, with cost and benefit analysis, maybe it doesn't worth to do. Except if your business is too big and your customer base is too big that actually need 24/7 support.
