It was not terrible if it eased a way for masses to buy Bitcoin for the first time because they did not have another payment option. Why do users omit valuable info which others might be unaware of when making topics.
It is very terrible. I can remember when the exchanges allow people to pay with PayPal, they always make sure to indicate that the money can be reversed. PayPal should completely be avoided while dealing within exchanging fiat to bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies.
