Yeah, I guess I got lucky and he happen to read a notification on his email inbox about me sending a PM to him inquiring about something. Uhh... About your case, wasn't it get addressed by the compliance team? What did they say?

I filled compliant and  I will to wait a respond within 20 business days.
Why at some cases Rollbit resolve it within few days ?
But in my case its not resolvet yet. As I wrote i open to any checks for evidense what i ve my own account only 


20 business days or xx business days are standard "answer" for literally every business entity. It was the time their SOP allows their staff to read, understand, gather materials, and compose a reply to their customer's complaint. It is not necessarily means the answer will come in 20 business days, it can arrive in your inbox in perhaps just a couple of days, or maybe in the eleventh. Bottomline, it's the time needed by every corporation to write a well-educated response.

I am currently trying to reach Razer through the direct contact that I am now in possession, and I'll ask his insight for your case when he replied to me. If what you said here is the truth and there were no other account, not even the forgotten one, we can hopefully clear this matter.
