Betpanda representative hasn't visited the forum since last few days. I can see a new scam accusation against Betpanda where the user has said this:
The next day, I sent back all the requested documents as per Betpanda’s instructions (so that was 9 days ago), but I have not received any response from their team since then. ~
Anyway, judging from the two accusations created by the user, looks like he is guilty here. The user has been blocked by another betting site where the odds provider is Betby. Still, Betpanda team should have given a reply to the user by now. @Little Mouse, can you forward it to them?
I can still clearly remembered when the representative said that they wouldn't be that active over here or wouldn't be that regularly replying every post bit by bit, but would have to reply them either 2-4 days or would be answering questions once In week over here. So I don't think this is a deliberately act to be away without them coming online. We should know what users usually does to a casino that seems to be having bonuses and whatever, people always tends to jeopardize and compromise the opportunities by having multiple accounts, if you look at most cases over here you would see that is either cheating bonuses with multiple accounts and, no casino would permit that without them restricting that person for cheating and is against their ToS.
We can't say for sure if that accusation is legit or not but from the look of things, that guy is way too forward to have declared a platform as a scam simply because his verification documents are taking longer than expected to get confirmed.
What most people don't know is that, KYC verification
Sometimes comes from external verifiers such as government agencies and, we tend to have a longer time for such and most government-issued IDs are hard to get verified since there could be possibilities of faking them.
So I urge the ops to wait a bit and put in a reminder here and on the site support page.
Few that I have passed before like those of exchange or some gambling site do verify every users manually, and you should know whatever that is done manually takes time to be processed. We can't give how exactly they should process the kyc document, but it's always advisable to regularly submit a clear document or even when taking photos we should make sure there is no opposite reflection of sunlight or any dark shades on the identification document.
The both corners should be clear and free from being blurs otherwise they wouldn't accept it for any reason and could take longer time to process, I think that should be about 10-15 working days to verify documentation manually but for automatic it takes only few hours or just a day to get verified. So, he should exercise patients while we wait for their representative to come online and give their reasons why it wasn't be approved or something else.
