I think he’ll be fine. He’s giving up like 0.25% of his coins every year, but is suspect he thinks that is worth it to not have to worry about self-custody. As a Bitcoiner who is in it for the love, I like to try out all the Bitcoin products. I believe Bitcoin should be held is self-custody, but I also think it’s OK to own ETFs, MSTR, the NASDAQ, etc. All forms of diversification are good. You don’t need to shoot for the absolute highest return possible. Comfort matters. People make fun of me for not having a mortgage sometimes because I could be earning a few extra percent, but I think it’s worth it to live debt free…
