He is referring to the live chat support and I think they are not yet maintaining a fixed schedule possibly because they have a limited number of human operators to accommodate queries from all the players trying to contact them. I tried using their live chat support three days ago and left my email for a follow-up response but I haven’t received one until now. Maybe it depends on the level of urgency and priority.
