I contacted live chat for assistance, and they directed me to check my email. To my surprise, I found an email from them dated February 8th – 10 DAYS AGO!!.
So you missed the email. Therefore, it is not their fault nor can it be argued that they froze your account after the cashout request (which is usually the case).
I sent back all the requested documents as per Betpanda’s instructions (so that was 9 days ago), but I have not received any response from their team since then.
Have you checked your mailbox (spam) carefully again? 9 days is still a long time for reviewing the documents.
At this point, this forum is my last resort.
While I appreciate you for bringing this matter to our attention, I would ask you to wait for some more time as suggested by another experienced member. IMO the casino in question has a reputation here and chances are very slim that they will scam you for $1000.
