In life it's not easy finding your finding your way to the top of the ladder of success as no body actually knows what he/she destiny is but only hustle until they becomes somebody either by following their passion by going to acquire relevant skills which will be helpful to the destiny of the individual or going into business
Following your passion requires skills you've to learn along the way to be successful while navigating your passion and going to learn a different skill apart from focusing on what comes naturally for you might not see you very successful, unless you veer off your passion for survival with a potential to slowly transition to what you'll enjoy doing in the long-run.
Most people you see that are successful followed their passion and became exceptional in their field.
This lead me to think and want to ask this question what is really the most important thing when it comes to the success of an individual it's through going to acquire a skill or business or even other factors that I didn't mention in my write-up
To be successful in a business, you need series of skills:
- Financial management skills
- Customer management skills
- Inventory management skills
- Record keeping skills
- Creativity and innovation skills
To mention but a few, most times you don't have them yourselves and you'll need to outsource.
So in conclusion, skills are very necessary in every walk of life and no business is ever very successful without the action of skilled personnels. Even if you're the owner of the business, you need the skills to manage the processes and people properly.
