Mark Williams has rejoined the Hornets and is expected to play against the Los Angeles Lakers tomorrow. That should be a little bit awkward. I guess we’ll see if the Lakers made the right call backing out of that trade or not. I wish it was being televised on TNT, but I guess they need a longer break after all star weekend.
And talking about the Lakers, I read reports that according to coach JJ, Luka will still be in restricted minutes, so meaning we might not see him in the floor and could be just playing like the past couple of games against the Jazz. And obviously, they are still slowly merging him with their system and perhaps he is looking as how his chemistry. But we have seen Luka doing some good passes to Lebron and even to Austin Reaves. So maybe there's not much of a adjustment period. As for Williams, yeah for sure, he might have been seeing himself in the Lakers uniform and playing with them as their starting center. But now he is back with his former team and for sure there could be some tension as he knows that he could be traded any time.
