We have made a lot of changes to the withdraw system about a month ago.
1) Users can withdraw normally
2) Users can lock their withdraw
3) Users can permanently lock their withdraw.
So you can't play it a way.
Also have increased hot wallet, so withdraws have been instant since. We have been checking it on a regular basis to ensure quick times.
With large withdraws and/or if it runs out, the user can lock the withdraw.
All the 2 listed above is good but the number 3 which a user will permanently lock their withdrawal and not account is somehow odd for me. A user can decide to lock his funds for future use and not to permanently lock them then who will use them again. The trust system goes any casino is the withdrawal system and if the system is smooth and normal then the casino is already a reputable one. And that means your casino is on the good line with gamblers.
I have read it several times and it has failed to make sense to me. Why will a user chose to lock their withdrawal in the platform such that they cannot withdraw their money again nor use them to gamble, which is what I think that means. I think OP need to throw more light on that because it is not making any sense to me. If I don't want to gamble again, the right thing to do is withdraw my money and deactivate my account or request to be banned in that casino. I will not leave my money there because that is not a private wallet where I control the private keys.
