Nowhere we have told that we will keep your balance. The nominee has been informed that package is not being extended and that the account can be further used at his own discretion.

I'm not misleading, you are. The package was until 6th of February (according to your own screenshot), then yesterday you send me a message (also according to your screenshot) just saying that all condition guarantee was removed (you probably mean my balance)
Come on, 2 years I was using your service and you do this... I also asked you if you can renew. Why such attitude?
