Thanks K-vin for the Info & Post.  Scams of Crypto are plenty. It is really difficult to differentiate Real & Ponzi schemes. If there is a Reputable Neutral Third Party Reliable & Trustable Agency which offers Ratings exclusively to Crypto Coins & Projects, it Would be nice.
