When you disconnected the sim card with the package and failed to fix it, i understand that, remember? You are taking advantage here and just stealing my money. After 2 years of service you are taking shitty 300-400 eur, losing the customer along the way, it shows what kind of service you are. Nevertheless, there is nothing in your T&C saying that you can take my money. So refund it, there is a scam accusation topic to be attended for you btw
