I'm assuming that it's automated like the page says. It says to wait for 1 confirmation to come back to the page to fill out a form. I revisited at three confirmations and I see that my balance due is now 0.00000000 BTC which used to be the amount that I paid so I'm assuming that it registered my payment, but the form it mentions isn't appearing. I'd rather not publicly share my transaction since I value the privacy of my funds. I'm not really worried about a badge or anything like that, just trying to escape the time constraints and would like to be able to upload images.
Ohh no problems about the privacy aspect I'm very sure members here will understand too (news flash; we have a lot of privacy and Decentralisation enthusiast here) .. nevertheless since the remaining balance says zero it definitely means that the payment was successfully and confirmed.
I suggest you give it some time though probably the copper membership doesn't reflect immediately after the purchase. If there be any issues administrators should see this thread and fix it.
