Once your transaction has received 1 confirmation, return to the payment page, and select Copper Member on the form that appears.
You will now have an additional Copper Member rank displayed in your profile in addition to your main rank.

Are you sure the transaction received 1 confirmation? Try clearing the cache in your browser and then reload the page.
