I live in Brazil and have a good internet connection without any problems. In my case, the website takes a long time to load and then says it can't be found.

The website opens smoothly (in just 2 seconds) from my end. Have you tried to access the website using an incognito browser, clear cache, etc just to be sure if the major problem is from your browser, not the casino?
If you have done all this and the issue persists it is either your network provider blocks you from accessing some certain online casino.
