It got resolved like 15mins after I posted here. But why does it take so much time and effort to withdraw? I mean, I got paid but in the end I can't vouch for them because I had to perma spam them in chat for them to be able to do what they are supposed to?
Really bad experience. I would not advise anyone to try Chips, atleast if you really mind quick and easy withdrawals - because if I hadn't pressed them I would likely have past 2-3weeks without my money.
Anyway, it is resolved.
We have to thank them for resolving your case amicably. And why they delay you. Cases are differently solved and attend to. I don't know if you walked into any business office to meet the customer service department to solve an issue and the time they consumed from you might be the same with online experience. When you enter the office and check the customer service department, you will see a lot of customers on the quee to see the customer service officer or staff and in that crowd. It is not all the people were attended to while some of them that were attended to would still come back another day to complete their complain.
There are some customers that solve their issues for 4 weeks plus. And this cases happened in most time in the banking system (financial institutions) and in school it is in the financial department of the school. But the resolution is what we pray for at the end of the whole stress.
