I think a team that does well every season has the right to do badly one season. Manchester City should bounce back next season. We have an example like Bayern München. Real Madrid is not doing well this season either. Even if they will continue from the play-offs, you would expect them to go from the top 8. They are not doing well in La Liga either. I think a different team will win the Champions League this season.
Maybe the trophy will go to Italy again, maybe a team that hasn't won it for a long time will get it. Barcelona, Arsenal and Inter look much better this season. I would say they all have high chances for playing the final.
