There's serious chance $PI could list above $1 cos the supply is locked. Pi block chain is really fast cos I sent my Pi to Bitget and it landed in less than 2mins. Quite impressive if you ask me..
For now, you can't tell if the network is fast or not, wait until the coin gets listed and multiple coin holders start doing transactions and if the network can handle all the transactions and remains fast that time you could make such a remark, most network and chain tend to work fine when the network have not received overwhelming numbers of transactions request, and at that when they get connected to the mainnet it becomes very hectic and congested to the point that users may have to wait hours for the transaction to get confirmed, and on the price at the listing, regardless how much the pi coin get listed on an exchange, what determines its value is the level of market demands and that buying vs that selling so only at that stage we tell what the real value of the coin will be.
