What makes Real Madrid stand out from the rest of the teams in the UEFA Champions League competition this season is the mentality of the club players and that's why you'll still see them show strong spirit of determination even when they're losing. Most of the players in the squad have either won one or multiple UEFA Champions League trophy with the current manager so they already understand the level of positive mindset they should always possess whenever they're on the pitch.
Kylian Mbappe was star performer of the night but you can't take away the fact that all members of the team played important roles in helping the club beat a strong European club like Manchester City.
The Real Madrid squad has always had a very strong mentality. Even when they were behind, like in the first leg, we still saw that Real Madrid could recover thanks to their strong mentality and could turn things around because they never gave up until the end. And in the second leg they also once again proved who was the host in the match. With a much better mentality we can see Real Madrid beat Man City very cleanly. Mbappe was truly extraordinary in that match. In the end he was able to execute the kick calmly in front of the opponent's goal and unlike when he first came here, he was always in a hurry. But now Mbappe really has composure in checking opponents and shooting the ball. Real Madrid really won convincingly. And Man City had to go home and be eliminated from the UCL earlier this season. This will be a big note for Pep considering how weak Man City's defense is currently.
Yesterday result was so impressive and it was a great victory for Real Madrid, the best of all time in the champions league and indeed the champions league spirit and experience is still in them and it is like in-built. Even though I believe Real Madrid was going to win yesterday I didn't expect Real Madrid to score before 6 minutes and Manchester city last game in the premier league makes me feel that they were going to disturb Real Madrid but reverse was the case and Real Madrid beat them 3:1, Manchester city really needs to improve in order to qualify for the next champions league and maybe next season they can do more better.
Manchester City simply hasn't had a great season, from their domestic league troubles now Champions league troubles

really feel bad for this team that looked like were ready to be the face of football but honestly they still have plenty to do.
Congratulations to Real Madrid for defending their Champions league status.
Hala Madrid indeed

15 time champions league title holders is not just a nickname, they are living up to standard. Seriously, Madrid could be performing weakly in the Laliga but bring them to champions league, OMG! they Gon slay. There was not full moment for them and at some point, it seemed like Man City were to inexperienced that it looked like Madrid were wasting too much of their skills. Like virtually everything they did was awesome and left Man City struggling to keep up.
More woes for City because they have been knocked out of the competition and instead of gaining respite in their domestic league, they get to go play Liverpool. Talk about a premium example of " from the frying pan to the fire" scenario for Pep Guardiola.
