A huge career blow to the Manchester City coach who has always been very successful through the group stages of all the Champions League competitions he has been in. It crowns this season for him as the worst he has had in his career, and it may continue if they fail to qualify for the next champions league competition as well from the Premier league competition where they are just picking up speed. It will be back to the drawing board for the Manchester City coach because his career and records are threatened.
This season Manchester City is indeed in poor condition so it is very natural that Manchester City did not qualify for the next round because the opponent they faced was a team that is very often strong in the Champions League, namely Real Madrid. But for the Premier League I hope Manchester City can maintain their position in the top four zone so that they can return to the Champions League next season with greater enthusiasm. So from now on Manchester City must be able to improve themselves in order to increase their fading strength.
When i saw the knockout stage fixture, Real Madrid vs Manchester city, i knew Manchester city won't scale through. Manchester city is in their worse form no doubt, couple with the coach Pep Gurdiolar marriage crisis. It has not been easy for the team, even in the Premier league games, they have been having difficulty. A lot is going on with Manchester city, 4 of their senior players are in injury. Everything have their challenging time, Manchester city will focus on the league games now, they will definitely earn the top 4 at the end of the season.

Real Madrid is the  king of champions league, they have shown that over and over, and they are favorite to win the champions league title this season, no team can stop them, Manchester city was the only team in the league that has the quality to deny Real Madrid but they are knockout by Real Madrid, is a free express for Real Madrid.
