Here's a good news and a massive win for all Ethereum and altcoins investors . Though is somewhat of an acknowledgement which to some persons isn't something that much but it's anything to be happy about as a leadway to approval.

You are right that this may not be as exciting for some but I believe even if you do not care about ethereum this is still good news. Ethereum ETF has long been approved but staked ETF has not yet been until today. So, this simply means we are getting progress.

XRP ETF could also be approved soon so it is definitely a good time for altcoin investors as this might be the well anticipated altcoin season as bitcoin's price dwindles down.
