I didn't investigate the possibility of bounty managers manipulating the spreadsheet data of bounty participants. But I see at least 3 names you mentioned are alts connected to transactions.

If this is proven to be manipulation by the manager, it is possible that the manager included several alt accounts in his own campaign.
If the manager subsequently added users to the spreadsheet even though they did not participate in the campaign, then there is a high probability that they are his alt accounts.
OP, if you do further analysis, pay attention to that segment as well. Also, if it comes to tagging, all connected accounts should be tagged.
