It does make sense to allocate a bigger amount on the bet we are confident with. I also do the same thing but I make sure that the bet is still within my comfortable range, meaning it is still within my bankroll budget.
Just like the earlier reply stated, there is no 100% win in gambling whether it is a skill-base games or luck-base game, there is always this variable that makes the game result unpredictable. So whether we are comfortable with our bet or not, we must make sure that it is within our gambling spending limit.
